Facing your fear ~
Sometimes, its very easy to run into denial. An easy way out from chaos. Somewhere, where you can be anyone except yourself. Something we all do when we cant find answers or cant face the fear inside. All we do is hide rather than face things, and sleep rather than tackle those things as they come our way.
Denying one self is one big thing we perfect as we walk through life. Fearing that if we face up with reality, we might loose something in between. But the one thing we end up loosing is ourselves. Losing oneself is finding a way in between to satisfy everyone except YOURSELF. As we live among everyone else, we grow up accepting everything everyone is loving.
The fear of not matching the norm, of standing out, of being so different in a look alike community. The fear of being yourself. The fear of asking your self rather than hiding from all the answers. The fear of being labeled odd, different or bad. The fear of being a rebel, and a thriver on difference
As we grew, our parents fed us the concept of being amiable and keen to the interest of others. Mediating in between was the balance toward happines. They taught us to seek happiness from everyone else, except ourselves.. that if we strived alone, we will be leftout. But a middle ground between the two battlefields is the center of any matter.
Now how to find the middleground is to find yourself amongst the chaos. How to give and take and never repent on doing so. How to become so peaceful and fulfilled and never resort back to misery. How to be yourself, and not anybody else. How to love yourself and maintain your relationships in a healthy manner. The balance we all need is found within.
Well, the most important ingredient in this business is to find yourself and answer those questions you run away from.
1.Addicting new habits will master up all your weakness. Finding little bricks of hope create masterpieces. All habits that feed the soul, mind and body are good for you. Keep on doing those until you perfect them
2.Mind all your problems into little boxes made from hope,patience and determination
3.Encourage yourself to navigate more into life; like coming out from your comfort zone, trying new adventures and stetching your vision to reality .
4.Learn, and dream, and that is the best remedy to all problems
5.Treat yourself with love, dignity and respect
6.Set up new boundaries and respect the fact " that boundaries should not be crossed" like maintaining healthy habits, valueing your time, encouraging your self worth and so on
7. Finally, stay intact to reality.
